Gearboxes with complete transmissions

Product description

Our gearbox range also includes complete transmissions designed for certain agricultural machinery sectors where, besides gearboxes, the mechanical transmissions used also require other mechanical components in order to obtain:

  • transmissions with gearbox and gear trough for rotary harrows;
  • transmissions with transfer box on the support frame, double universal joints and bevel gear pairs complete with rotating plate for hay tedder-turners;
  • load-bearing crossbars with transfer box and side extensions for frame and drawbar couplings for round balers;
  • assemblies with three housings on load-bearing frame with fourth low speed shaft, for double-disc fertilizer spreaders;
  • disc mowing attachments with or without side gearbox, both discs with blades fastened by bolt and nut and quick release discs.

The technical features vary to a considerable extent since they depend on the application and the customers’ requirements, below is only a brief description of our range which includes the following series: B – RB – R | RE-RX – EV – TE – Inter-row harrow

Series B (Cutter bars)

General technical features: disc mowing attachments, mechanical assemblies with gear trough and mowing blade discs. The range includes versions with 4-5-6-7-8 discs with 2-3 blades. The versions can also be equipped with transfer box with transmission ratio 1:2 for up to 50HP power ratings (540 rpm).
