Rotary harrows
Powered by the PTO drive shaft, the gearbox is connected directly to the driving gear of the transmission trough which, in turn and in sequence, drives the other driven gears, along with the respective supports to which the teeth are attached.

Gearboxes for this application: series E and series T
The PTO drive shaft used for this application requires torque limiters, either the shear bolt or friction type. In the latter case, the version with cupped spring washers is recommended. This type of limiter guarantees 50 mm minimum overlap between the shaft cones of the machine and the PTO drive shaft protection, an essential feature required by the EC Machinery Directive
Rotary tillers
Powered by the PTO drive shaft, the gearbox transmits torque to the tiller blades via a hexagonal shaft.

Gearboxes for this application: series T, series LF and series L
The PTO drive shaft used for this application must be equipped with a friction torque limiter. We suggest the version with cupped spring washers. This type of limiter guarantees 50 mm minimum overlap between the shaft cones of the machine and the PTO drive shaft protection, an essential feature required by the EC Machinery Directive
Multiple-rotary tillers
Powered by the PTO drive shaft, the gearbox transmits power directly to the chain and/or toothed gears, which in turn drive the rotor where the hoe blades are attached.
