CMR Agriculture offers a broad range of components for crop treatment machinery. This machinery includes:

Sprayers
The gearbox is powered by a secondary PTO drive shaft which is driven by the sprayer pump. This is connected directly to the tractor PTO by a primary PTO drive shaft. The fan attached to the gearbox output shaft spins at high speed and sprays the plant protection products.

Gearboxes for this application: series PA and series O
The PTO drive shaft for this application does not require a torque limiter. A wide-angle (homokinetic) version is recommended to ensure operation even when turning.
Dusters
Powered by the PTO drive shaft, the gearbox transmits torque directly to the distributor device, which spins at a very high speed.

Fertilizer spreaders
Powered by the PTO drive shaft, the gearbox transmits torque directly to the distribution plate. In double plate versions, the shaft powers the distribution box, connected in turn to the two side boxes, which turn the fertilizer distribution plates with a slight overdrive.

The PTO drive shaft used for the single plate version is the one without limiter. The PTO drive shaft used for the double plate version has a ratchet torque limiter
Manure spreader
This type of machine includes all the versions that allow the spreading of solid organic fertilizers. The spreading takes place thanks to the rotations of rotors which can be 2 or 4 according to the launching needs. The rotors can be arranged vertically or horizontally. The manure is dragged towards the rotors thanks to the movement of the tank bottom which is equipped with a carpet. The versions vary from a few square meters up to over 30 sqm. For the larger versions, tractors up to over 200HP are used.
