The CMR Group gearbox range also includes complete transmissions designed for certain agricultural machinery sectors where, besides gearboxes, the mechanical transmissions used also require other mechanical components in order to obtain:

transmissions with gearbox and gear trough for rotary harrows;
transmissions with transfer box on the support frame, double universal joints and bevel gear pairs complete with rotating plate for hay tedder-turners;
load-bearing crossbars with transfer box and side extensions for frame and drawbar couplings for round balers;
assemblies with three housings on load-bearing frame with fourth low speed shaft, for double-disc fertilizer spreaders;
disc mowing attachments with or without side gearbox, both discs with blades fastened by bolt and nut and quick release discs.

The technical features vary to a considerable extent since they depend on the application and the customers’ requirements, below is only a brief description of the CMR Group range which includes the following series: B – RB – R | RE-RX – EV – TE – Inter-row harrow

Series B (Cutter bars)

General technical features: disc mowing attachments, mechanical assemblies with gear trough and mowing blade discs. The range includes versions with 4-5-6-7-8 discs. with 2-3 blades. The versions can also be equipped with transfer box with transmission ratio 1:2 for up to 50HP power ratings (540rpm)

Series RB (Crossbars for round balers)

General technical features: crossbars for round balers, cast iron housing GS400, power ratings from 47.6HP (540rpm) up to 125.8HP (1.000rpm).

Serie R | RE-RX (Integral angle reducer)

General technical features: triple gearboxes assembly in bearing frame with main 4-shaft gearbox, power ratings up to 15HP (540rpm), aluminium material.

Series EV (Gearboxes for rotary harrows)

General technical features: transmission troughs for harrows, mechanical assemblies complete with gear trough and tooth holder hubs. The range includes 2 different size versions based on the power transmitted by CMR Group gearboxes EC110 and EC130. Power transmission up to 148HP. Same gearboxes as the E series.

Series TE | Tedder (Complete mechanics for tedders)

Complete mechanical assemblies for hay tedder-turners, include rotating elements with bevel gear pairs and double universal joints. The housings and extensions include connections for opening and closing systems as well as for work adjustments.

Inter-row harrow from 3 to 6 tine holders
