The CMR Group range is designed for all agricultural machines with bevel gear drive gearboxes, where the power must be transmitted at right-angles.
CMR Group can supply the type of casting, gears, dimensions and structural design to suit the application and comply with the technical requirements according to the best possible performance/price ratio. The range includes reducers and increasers, transfer cases and transmissions, speed change gear sets. The range of gearboxes proposed by CMR Group includes the following series: L – T – V – E – S – G
General technical features: cast aluminium for applications that do not require very rigid housings. Up to 21.8HP transmittable power, for different applications.
General technical features: G25 or GS400 cast iron housings, for applications that require particularly rigid housings from 5.5HP to 50.3HP (1.000rpm) transmittable power, input speed (max 2.000 rpm) only with max. transmission ratio 1:1, maximum tooth module M8, indicate for almost all agricultural applications. All versions include, dual position for vent plug, dual position for level plug, inner channels for efficient lubrication in all parts of the housing, gearbox fastening points: upper-lower-side, pre-drilled holes in hub for application of extensions.
General technical features: EN-GJL-250/GS400 cast iron housings, max. input speed (540rpm), with transmittable power from 20HP up to 74.8HP, maximum tooth module M6, dual position for vent plug, dual position for level plug, exclusively for vertical-shaft lawn mowers and rotary cutters.
General technical features: GS400 cast iron housings, transmission ratio 3.29:1, max. input speed (1.000rpm), with power ratings from 90HP up to 300HP, maximum tooth module M8. All versions include, dual position for level plug, vent plug, inner channels for piloted lubrication. Exclusively designed for rotary tillers.
General technical features: GS400 cast iron housings, operating torque up to 240 Nm, transmission ratio 9.7:1, max. input speed (540rpm), maximum tooth module M5. Exclusively designed for rotary rakes.
General technical features: G25/GS400 cast iron housings, operating torque up to 721 Nm, transmission ratio 1.77:1, max. input speed (540rpm). Exclusively designed for rotary tedders
